This set of three cards are part of my affordable art series’. This set consists of three charcoal and acrylic drawings in my signature abstract florals.
They are on paper, which is fixed to their mount with archival, acid free tape and the mount is glued to the greeting cards, so the card can be framed, or the drawing removed, with care from the card and framed. Each drawing is obviously sealed to protect from handling and UV light.
They are individually signed at the back and the greetings cards is stamped at the back (not shown), also giving information on the materials used, the number it belongs to in the series, etc. A gift and a card in one! Perfect for sending to someone you care about to tell them you are thinking of them, or to collect for yourself!

about me
I am an artist based in the North of England, working across disciplines but continually drawn back to oil paint and paper. My practice moves between surfaces and materials—each chosen for the particular way it keeps or releases a memory—yet oil and paper remain my familiar places to return.
I create works with abstracted imagery that hold traces of feeling, gestures that echo emotion and layers that suggest rather than declare. My work is as much about what I respond to—what pleases, unsettles, questions and comforts—as it is about technique. I paint to translate my personal experiences into marks that invite quiet recognition.
Each piece is an open space as it is an image; a place for the viewer to find their own recollections and narrative. My hope is that these works linger, maybe in quiet resonance, or thumped hard in the conscience, either way, I want them to begin the conversation.
